The Cast and Crew of Battlestar Galactica are Reuniting at San Diego Comic Con

The schedule for San Diego Comic Con 2017 is starting to take shape, and already there are a number of standout events that sci-fi fans will want to keep an eye on. While the headlines will no doubt be dominated by the major comicbook movie titles from the likes of Marvel and DC Comics, there’s sure to be plenty of for fans of older titles to celebrate as well.

On Thursday at 2:30pm, Ronald D. Moore will be joined on-stage by some key cast members from the hit Sci-Fi show, Battlestar Galactica. Tricia Helfer, Katee Sackhoff, and Grace Park are among the names confirmed to be attending the reunion, and it’s expected more will be announced in the coming days.

It’s been 8 years since the show wrapped its epic storyline, but the cast and crew reunited just last month at the ATX Festival. During that event, a number of interesting topics were discussed, leading to Edward James Olmos to make the revelation that he felt Battlestar Galactica was better crafted than Blade Runner.

We’re expecting more tasty soundbites to come from this panel, with the added bonus of giving the rabid comic con audience a chance to ask their questions of the BSG team.

If you’re heading to SDCC, you can find the BSG Reunion in Ballroom 20 at 2:30pm on Thursday, but if not, we’ll be sure to bring you the info as and when it happens.
