Space Out With COMET on Our New Roku and Apple TV Apps

There are now more ways to watch COMET’s brilliant Sci-Fi collection than ever before because starting today, you can stream COMET TV for free on our new Apple TV and Roku apps.

 

Our new apps will include live playback of our regular broadcast, but with the added benefit of having integrated program and scheduling information all at the touch of a button. That means you’ll be able to plan out hours of sci-fi movie viewing, all while you’re sitting back watching your favorite episodes of Stargate or Poltergeist. 

 

 

Here’s how to find the new COMET Apps:

 

Apple TV

  1. Fire up your Apple TV Generation 4
  2. Search for COMET in the app store
  3. Download the free COMET app
  4. Geek out!

 

Roku

  1. Make sure you’ve got a Roku 3 or 4
  2. Search for COMET in Roku’s channel finder
  3. Alternatively click here to add the COMET channel to your profile
  4. Geek out!

 

 

The launch of our new apps means that, regardless of where you are in the country, you’ll be able to enjoy one of the biggest and most unique Sci-Fi offerings in the galaxy. In the coming weeks, COMET has some stellar programming for Sci-Fi fans to enjoy. Starting April 3, you’ll be able to catch back-to-back episodes of Stargate SG-1 Monday through Thursday at 8pm/7C with encore presentations at 10pm/9C. There’s also a ton of great movies for cinephiles to enjoy, with Gattaca, The Crow, and Labyrinth all joining the schedule next month.

 

COMET will be coming to more digital platforms in the near future, so stay tuned for more information. And, don’t forget you can still watch COMET through our broadcast stream, just use our zip code look-up to find our channel in your area.
