The cast of Shane Black’s The Predator just got even more stacked.
If you thought The Predator cast was done impressing you with its crazy array of talent, you’ve got another think coming. Production might already be underway on his 2018 sci-fi project, but Shane Black has still found time to add some veteran talent to the cast, adding Battlestar Galactica legend Edward James Olmos to The Predator‘s impressive cast list.
The cast, which includes Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Boyd Holbrook (Logan), Keegan-Michael Key (Keanu), Thomas Jane (The Expanse), and Jacob Tremblay (Room) has already been seen in costume thanks to some official teaser images from the set (seen above and below). Olmos is a late addition to the cast and was, therefore, not seen in those photos. It’s not entirely clear what role he’ll be playing in the movie, but his addition will no doubt be welcomed by sci-fi fans everywhere.
The news comes just after Olmos reprised his role as Gaff on the set of Blade Runner 2049. Next up for the veteran actor will be a major slot on the Sons of Anarchy spin-off, Mayans MC.
The Predator hits theaters on February 9th 2018.
